Clubbercise is a fresh new dance fitness class with easy-to-follow routines taught in a nightclub atmosphere with rave glow sticks, lasers & disco lights. Expect dance and club music from the 90s to current day. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels.

Only Clubbercise glow sticks can be used in our classes as we know these are safe. So remember to bring yours with you every week. If you don't have any, don't despair, we sell these at the venue for £6 a pair. They are reusable and the batteries can be replaced.
Wear the brightest clothes you own (optional- don't worry if you don't have any) and bring water ready to party!
