Rave Tone is a bodyweight resistance program incorporating MSE (muscle, strength, endurance) basic plyometrics (optional) and a little yoga to increase muscle ‘tone’, flexibility, core strength, balance and range of motion.

Set to the best in house and trance anthems, Rave Tone fuses total body toning with cardio to give a complete (and intense!) workout. This class is designed for both non-dancers and dancers alike.
