LOVEFIT LIVE - ONLINE CLASSES

Join our LoveFit Home Workout sessions using Zoom video conferencing software.

 

All you need is a laptop or smart phone with a built in camera, and space at home big enough for you to throw some shapes!!

 

How Booking Works:

 

1) Once you book you will receive your confirmation email. Please read it all.

(Bookings close 1hr before class)

 

 

2) Between 30 and 15 minutes prior to class start time you will receive your private VIP invitation with the passwords needed to join the online class you have booked.

 

Once in the virtual class you will be welcomed by the LoveFit Team ready to deliver a live 50 minute workout for you and a select number of LoveFit participants.

 

What to expect:

 

You can expect all the usual raving and misbehaving of a LoveFit  class with all your favourite dance and rock anthems.

 

On your screen you will be able to see and interact with your instructors and fellow participants.
